6. Cancellations, please see dates listed below. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to receive your check. While this is a “summer” camp, we expect that you also understand the amount of annual work that goes into that short period of intense magic. The foundation of our off-season is a 10-month financial effort that keeps it all afloat. What this means is that it would take us time to be able to refund everyone’s full tuition with a fair amount of that tuition already expended in preparation for the summer.
7. Signing up, if you are planning to attend camp this summer but have not enrolled yet. You can sign up with the option of a full refund until May 10th. This will give us the best opportunity to plan for programming. Your help will aid us immensely as we evaluate the summer ahead.
8. Hand Washing Guides- wash hands after using the toilet, before eating, and if you cough/sneeze into your hands (follow the 20-second hand-washing rule). You can also use the sanitizer.
9. Behavior Policy
Brush Strokes And More strives at all times to provide fun art activities to all children. In effort to fulfill this commitment, we ask that all children enrolled adhere to basic behavioral guidelines. Our instructors set clear boundaries and expectations. We ask for respect to each other and staff, students stay in their personal bubble, no death, kill or murder, don't touch other students' art and no bully! If a child becomes disrespectful or hurtful of others in the program, we will notify the parent immediately and ask for your help to resolve the situation. Under NO circumstances do we tolerate bully, if your student bully's another student they will be asked to leave without any refund for camps or classes!
