Procedures
1. To secure your place in your desired class or program, registration and payment must be completed, contingent upon availability. Once your registration and payment are processed, Brush Strokes And More LLC will confirm your enrollment. We prioritize personal connections with our students, which is why our studio classes have a limited capacity, allowing us to provide individualized attention to each participant.
2. To reserve your spot, full payment is necessary. We accept various payment methods, including cash, personal checks, and money orders, as well as online payments through our website. Please ensure that all checks are drawn in US funds and made payable to Brush Strokes And More By Jackie, Inc. Note that a fee of $50 will be applied for any returned checks.
3. While cancellations are uncommon, Brush Strokes And More LLC retains the right to cancel classes or modify instructor assignments, making every effort to inform students in advance. If enrollment targets are not achieved, a class may be canceled up to 48 hours before its start date, with a full refund provided. Occasionally, the start date may be postponed, in which case a credit for the class fee will be issued. In instances of severe weather, we will adhere to the public school closing schedule of PBC, and any make-up classes will be determined by the Director.
4. Brush Strokes And More LLC supplies materials for courses and programs where indicated. Please refer to the specific course description to confirm whether materials are included.
5. Make-up classes are not available under any circumstances; attendance is recorded, and if a class is missed for any reason, whether personal or professional, students cannot attend another session on a different day or time.
6. Withdrawals and refunds are subject to the outlined schedule, with all refunds processed via check and taking approximately 2-3 weeks. Tuition is transferable but non-refundable once classes have commenced, with credits applicable for the remaining sessions and usable for up to twelve months at Brush Strokes And More LLC. If a student is dissatisfied after the first class, a written request must be submitted within three business days for a potential refund, which will also take 2-3 weeks to process.
7. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure that children arrive and depart from the facility with an adult. If a class cannot be attended, it is important to notify the instructor in advance.
8. Brush Strokes And More is committed to providing enjoyable art activities for all children and expects adherence to basic behavioral guidelines. Instructors will establish clear expectations, emphasizing respect among peers and staff, personal space, and a zero-tolerance policy for bullying. Should a child exhibit disrespectful behavior, parents will be contacted for assistance in resolving the issue. Bullying will not be tolerated, and any student found to be bullying others will be removed from the program without a refund for classes or camps.
