Registration & Confirmation
Your spot in the class or program of your choice will be saved only upon registration
and payment. Payment and registration are only processed if there is room in the
course. Upon registration and payment, Brush Strokes And More LLC, will confirm your registration in the class of your choice. Because we value personal connection with our students, our classes within the studio have a maximum student capacity so that we can keep our classes small and offer personal attention to each student.
Payment
Full payment is required in order to reserve a spot in the class or program of your
choice. We accept cash, personal checks and money orders, as well as via our online
payment link on our Website. All checks must be drawn on US funds, payable to
Brush Strokes And More By Jackie, Inc. There is a $50 charge for returned checks.
Course Cancellations
Although course cancellation is quite rare, Brush Strokes And More LLC,
reserves the right to cancel classes or change instructor assignments and makes every
effort to notify students in advance. If enrollment goals are not met, a course may be
canceled up to 48 hours before the first scheduled class. In the event of cancellation,
a full refund is granted. On occasion, a course start-date will be pushed back if enrollment goals are not met. In this instance, you will receive a credit for the price of the class that did not take place. In the event of severe weather conditions, Brush Strokes And More LLC, will follow the PBC public school closing, and make-up classes will be at the discretion of the Director.
Art Materials
Brush Strokes And More LLC, provides supplies for your course/program, if stated. Courses and programs that include materials are noted clearly; please take a look at your individual course description.
Make-up Classes
Attendance is taken; if you miss a class due to any reason, either personal or
professional, we do not offer a “make-up” class by attending another class offered on
a different day or time. Make-up classes are not offered under any circumstances.
Withdrawals & Refunds
Withdrawals and refunds are available only according to the schedule below. All
refunds will be made by check, and processing of refunds requires 2-3 weeks.
Refund Policy
Class tuition is transferable but non-refundable after class has started. The value of
the credit will be for the balance of the remaining class sessions. Credit may be used
towards any offerings at Brush Strokes And More LLC, for up to twelve (12) months. If after your first class you are dissatisfied with the quality of your course, a written note or email must be submitted within three (3) business days of your first class. After receiving your note, our staff will review the refund of class tuition. If a refund is granted, processing of refunds requires 2-3 weeks.
Parental Responsibilities
Children arrive at the facility with an adult/parent and leave with an adult/ parent.
If you can’t make a class please call ahead to inform the teacher of your absents.
Behavior Policy
Brush Strokes And More strives at all times to provide fun art activities to all children. In effort to fulfill this commitment, we ask that all children enrolled adhere to basic behavioral guidelines. Our instructors set clear boundaries and expectations. We ask for respect to each other and staff, students stay in their personal bubble, no death, kill or murder, don't touch other students' art and no bully! If a child becomes disrespectful or hurtful of others in the program, we will notify the parent immediately and ask for your help to resolve the situation. Under NO circumstances do we tolerate bully, if your student bully's another student they will be asked to leave without any refund for camps or classes!
